Drink plenty of water. Drink between 6-8 glasses of water every day. Water helps to hydrate your body, helps to do away with toxins from your body and likewise helps to maintain correct blood pressure. Without enough water, your skin will become dehydrated and crack; permitting bacteria to infect your skin and cause an eruption of acne.
